Hampstead
Kävin mun unkarilaisen ystävän kanssa käppäilemässä Lontoon Hampstedissa viime viikonloppuna. Paikka oli nätti ja tämän vuoksi räpsittiin jokseenkin paljon kuvia. Ilma oli lämmin, lähes 20 astetta oli lämpöä auringossa. Ainut harmillinen asia oli se, että auringon valon vuoksi kuvia oli joissain paikoissa hieman vaikea räpsiä...

Me and my Hungarian friend visited Hampstead (a part of London) last weekend. The area was very pretty and we ended up taking a lot of pics. The weather was warm for a change: almost 20 degrees in the sun. The only bad thing was that the sunlight ruined some of our pictures...
Löysimme muutaman söpön pubin sekä kukkakaupan. Itse pidän kovasti kukista ja päädyin ottamaan niistä jokseenkin paljon kuvia tuolla reissulla. Yhden kaupan ulkopuolella oli todella paljon syksyisiä kukka-asetelmia. Muutama kurpitsakin siellä oli seassa, haha.

We found a couple of cute pubs and flower shops. I'm really into flowers for some reason so I ended up taking a lot of pictures of them. One little shop had lots of flower arrangements outside next to the shop window. The plants etc. were really autumnal. There were one or two pumpkins next to them as well, haha.
Tänne Englantiinkin on vihdoin tullut kunnon syksy! Puiden lehdet ovat muuttaneet väriään ja ilmat ovat hieman kylmentyneet. Hampstedissa oli jokseenkin paljon näitä värikkäitä puita. Alueen rakennukset puolestaan olivat melko tavallisia mutta silti kauniita.

It's finally a proper Autumn here in England! The leaves are changing their color and the weather is starting to get colder. Hampstead had quite a lot of those colorful trees here and there. The buildings were rather ordinary but beautiful.
Jos totta puhutaan, paikka ei ole nätein alue Lontoota tosiaankaan. Pidin kyllä kovasti siellä vierailusta. Päädyttiin vielä lopuksi siellä olevaan isoon puistoon: Hampstead Heath. Paikka kuhisi ihmisiä lämpimän sään sekä viikonlopun vuoksi.

To be honest, Hampstead isn't the prettiest place in London! I still really liked it and enjoyed my time there. Before leaving the area, we ended up walking around Hampstead Heath which is a huge park there. The park was full of people enjoying their weekend in the lovely weather.
